Mike,

I really appreciate the work and time you put into the program. All of the Toastmasters who attended also worked very well with the girls! Congratulations on a successful program! We aim to create leaders of the future and programs like these fit in perfectly. I’d welcome another in the future.

Looking over the evaluations, they are really good. Some girls were intimidated by public speaking and others were not and you can tell by their comments. They said it was fun, they learned a lot, this will help them also later in life, they enjoyed learning with others, boosted confidence, fun table topics and the praise from the Toastmasters after speaking was great, and everyone was very friendly. A couple said they would love to speak more to balance out the listening that is needed. Every single one was very positive and appreciative.

To Whom It May Concern:

Mike Staffan spoke at Stillwater Church’s Men of God breakfast in early 2015, and he did an excellent job. Mike did an excellent job of integrating strong content, passion, personal experience, and humor into his message. From the moment he began to speak, he had the full attention of our men, and he continued to hold everyone’s attention as he delivered a powerful message.

While he spoke with great skill, he did so in a spirit of humility and reverence for the significance of his topic. He challenged men to consider the legacy that they will pass on, which leads us to invest in things that really matter instead of insignificant pursuits that we often chase after. Mike’s challenge was relevant to our lives, understandable to our minds, and challenging to our hearts.

I heard nothing but great feedback on Mike’s speech from the men who attended to the event. It was a great blessing to have Mike speak at Stillwater Church, and I highly recommend him to any other organization who is looking for an excellent speaker who will both uplift and challenge them!

After hearing Mike give a particularly delightful humorous speech about time spent with his daughter on her 18th (?) birthday, I asked Mike if he would share it at my workplace. We have a staff meeting monthly and on three different occasions, I have asked Toastmasters to come in to share with our team of 20 women and 1 man. I know our Men's Director was particularly happy to see Mike visiting. During Mike's speech, there was much laughter, as well as a serious note to look for opportunities to make memories with your family. We all took that personal challenge "home" with us.
